Today I am testing a new plugin for my blog which should make recipe writing easier and should also make it better for you to read, print and scale up, or down, depending on how many portions you want to make.
It would be really great if you could let me know what you think via the contact form at the bottom or a quick comment on the post or on my facebook page so I can tweak it as required.
The recipe below for my panna cotta is so easy and so tasty. The chilli is added to the recipe to give a slight warming but not actual chilli heat, but if you don’t fancy chilli in your desserts it would still be delicious if you left it out. This panna cottta has a kind of tropical Caribbean style flavour that I just love and whilst I was eating I was thinking you could swap the mango for pineapple and you could make this a pina colada style panna cotta. Yummy.
I have used gelatine as my setting agent but you could swap this for agar agar if you were looking for a vegetarian option for this dessert, snack or even breakfast if you fancied it – I could eat panna cotta at any time of the day.
Please do feedback on what you think
