dating freiburg im breisgau A while ago I reviewed a book called FIVE by Rachel de Thample (you can read my review here) which is all about boosting your vegetable intake with tasty easy recipes. There is a section in the book for Latkes (I would call them fritters) and it was here that the inspiration started for trying out more flavours as they are so easy and can be used as a main dish or a side or even just a snack.
go to site I have loads of scribbles in my idea book for different flavours for these so quite excited to keep trying more out. I think next one is going to be beetroot and goats cheese after this one and then I was thinking maybe something like parsnip and apple? Let me know if there are any flavours you would like me to look at.
see This recipe is for a courgette, feta and mint fritter and I have used coconut flour to keep it gluten free and lower in carb than regular flour but a spoon full of white flour would work just the same if you do not have any coconut flour.
