Perfect Grab and Go Breakfast Frittata Loaded with Vegetables
This is an upgraded recipe of one I shared at the beginning of the year for breakfast muffins. The key difference in these frittata bites being the addition cream instead of milk to make them slightly higher fat and I have removed the addition of flax to make them a bit more indulgent and delicious.
The cream is only in at a very small amount per frittata but if you are not keen to adding cream to your diet them a splash of milk will work too.
