Start by preparing your gyozas.
Take each wrapper at a time and add around 15g of turkey mix, dab around the edges with water and stick together.
Leave to the side until you are ready to start cooking your stir fry.
To cook:- heat a flat bottomed pan that you have a lid for over a medium-high heat with a tbsp oil in. Place the gyozas in and pour in around 1/2 cup of water (it should cover the base of the pan by about 1/2 cm). Put the lid on, turn heat to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes. They will be ready when all the water has disappeared and they have a crispy bottom.
Sticky Stir Fry Sauce
Start by gently frying your ginger and chilli in a little oil until there is a light golden colour on the ginger
Add all of the other ingredients and let it reduce for 5-10 minutes, it should be a little sticky and will coat a spatula
Sprouted Beans Stir Fry
Start with prepping all of your veg
In a wok, or large frying pan if you don’t have a wok, heat 2-3 tbsp of oil over a high heat.
Add all of the ingredients to the pan and stir fry for around 5 minutes stirring regularly to avoid it catching.
Add the sticky stir fry sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes
Serve the stir fry with the gyozas on top and enjoy
